A distinctive 12.7 oz Japanese selvedge denim featuring a deep indigo colour, an irregular slubby texture and an eye-catching yellow selvedge line.
Woven in Okayama—the heartland of Japanese denim—this 100% cotton fabric is produced on traditional shuttle looms. Its slub yarn creates natural variations across the surface, giving the denim depth, texture and excellent potential to develop distinctive fades with wear.
At 12.7 oz, it offers a versatile balance of structure and wearability. It is substantial enough for jeans, jackets and structured bags while remaining easier to sew and break in than heavier denim.
The fabric is sanforized to reduce shrinkage, although a small amount of residual shrinkage may still occur during the first wash.

Washing & Care
Indigo denim naturally releases colour and fades with washing and wear. Wash separately, especially during the first few washes, as the indigo may transfer to other fabrics and surfaces.
For best results:
- Wash separately in cold water
- Use a mild detergent
- Avoid bleach and optical brighteners
- Do not tumble dry
- Reshape while damp and line dry
- Expect a small amount of residual shrinkage after the first wash
