We want you to be confident in your purchase.
If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for:
> Fabric that has been cut from the roll.
> Opened or used sewing supplies.
> Products that have been altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.
> Change of mind purchases.
If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
> Your order number
> A description of the issue
> Clear photographs of the product and packaging
This allows us to assess the issue quickly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
