Shipping
At J2M, every order is carefully packed and dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in their country.
J2M is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local import regulations.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of J2M's direct control.
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, we will gladly assist by lodging an investigation with the shipping provider.
Replacement or refund decisions will be made once the carrier's investigation has been completed.
